A quiet mind is all you need. All else will happen rightly, once your
mind is quiet. As the sun on rising makes the world active, so does
self-awareness affect changes in the mind. In the light of calm and
steady self-awareness, inner energies wake up and work miracles
without any effort on your part.

12.12.12, 12. 21.12, prophecies, Mayan calendars ending, apocalypse, transformation, planetary shifts, meteor showers, the Supermoon on 12.12.12, which is by the way the last new moon of the year that coincides to Uranus going direct, and the holiday buzz…
I thought I’d share some asanas with you to practice during these energetic-apocalyptic-transformative times. All for the purpose of calming the nervous system, nourishing your ojas (the awesome vitality within), and reflective balance. The asanas are listed in order of practice.
2. Upavista Konasana in Sirsasana
3. Salamba Sarvangasana
4. Janu Sirsasana with Maha Mudra
5. Supta Virasana
6. Supta Badha Konasana
End with Viloma Pranayama in Svanasana. Then, practice silent meditation for 15-minutes.
May you find nourishment, balance, and grounding in each moment. May you know peace. Blessings & Grace.
