“Vagabond” a poem.

This is one of my poems that I wrote after feeling at home here.

“Vagabond”

Settled down in vagabond
gypsy girl you wander still
between departures and meeting points
kisses wrapped in devi chant, 3:52AM lovers, Pecos River Tales, pine oil dripping off fingertips like women’s secrets, stories connecting like drum beats matched spun with Mexican dark chocolate, tiles lining paths with unknown destinations, blank boards, wild mind taste this moment, this life, trust this path
gypsy girl you wander still
settled down in vagabond
fires, firs burn, monsoon season arrives with rainbows
st. francis sends sparrows
home in the desert, vagabond.
